I wrote this film after a period of depression that I experienced. I was feeling disconnected from myself, friendship and the world around me. I didn’t feel in control of my life and it was like I was floating in a dark abyss. I wrote whatever I was feeling and whatever messages I learned through researching how to NOT feel that way forever, in the hopes it would help someone else know they’re not alone. If I help one person from this, it’s done the job. I know it’s already helped me in so many ways including learning so many lessons while making it and continuing learning to this day. Guess I’ll be writing a lot more films!
